Pair of Shahsavan Kilim Bags

The Shahsavan are known primarily known for their soumac technique utility waevings. However, this rare and beautiful pair of miniature bags is woven in the kilim technique.It is complete, and includes the original intact back. Note the beautiful bridge between the two separate bags. This is a wonderful tribal weaving from the Caucasus, and is very collectible.
